The crank with the teeth is pressed into the minarelli crank.
An no i don’t need to heat the case. There is 0,005 room between bearings and case.
This is why it is a prototype. Next Time i make it smaller so that i have to press the bearings in. First of all everything has to fit and work, if I’m happy with that later I will make another case „Mark2“23 februari 2018 om 13:11 #712638

its the same like in our standard cases.
The material will be enough for maybe a Mark4 but i dont know if i want to do that 🙂

@zevenenergie: thx, you were right. it will hide the radiator. but it wont stabilize the frame because i only want to make some small weldings.

@AAT: first of all i wanted to hide the Radiator a bit. otherwise it looks like a racing bike.
in my opinion it isnt hard to get a powerful engine, its more heavy to get a good working engine where you dont see it on the fist look if its heavy tuned.
The second reason for the sheets are to guide the air into the radiator.
