First of all thx guys 🙂
@martino: you were right! i think i will go for a 70 DR. Its nothing special but its enough for a all day runner. maybe a stage 6 street race. but i dont know jet.
and i want to go for a different crankshaft, next time complete fullrounded.
The bigger and more powerful the Zylinder the more it is just too much i think. A good setted DR gets more than 10ps. and i think this is more than good on our mopeds. if i want to go for more power it needs alot more rpm. and this is no more relaxing driving.
5 maart 2018 om 16:41 #726642Really like your subframe! Awesome! 😯
I understand your motivation to hide the radiator but I think it looks quit large with this shield attached, probably looks better when painted, otherwise I would go for a smaller radiator.
Keep up the good work!

the air holes are just a first try, i think i will make a small cover so that you cant see the radiator on the first view.
13 maart 2018 om 21:34 #735041I hope you realise this was a long week, Tank god it,s over 😀
It looks much better now. But as i look critikal i think it is getting a bit big.

How is your radiator and your waterpump doing?20 maart 2018 om 17:40 #752597@crullie: lets hope so, but my main problem with the YSS were that they are too soft.
i hope these ones are a bit stronger so if i sit down the hole moped dont sink more than 20cm.
and no, im not too heavy 😀@Zevenenenergie: not that much is going with that. the biggest problem is time. i dont have a lot of it.
the more im doing the more problems you get and the longer it takes time.i just want to start the engine and feel the power and hear the sound 😀
20 maart 2018 om 18:29 #752615Nice update, what’s on your to do list before you can hear the sound of your engine and feel the power?
Do you have acces to a dyno to get a better picture of the power?Welkom op ons forum!
Breng een bezoekje aan mijn Ciao project.21 maart 2018 om 22:28 #755886The list is getting longer and longer.
i modified the shockabsorbers and i have to say they are great!
They are not going a lot deeper when i sit down with my waight and they are not to strong.
So thumbs up.Next on my list is to fit the Kickstart i think.
my last steps today were fitting the engine.
now it sits perfect in the frame and i can now go on with the bushings for the kick.
when this fits good and smooth i can make the fist Kick trys.
after that it only neets to fit the exhaust and i think i can make the first run.but enough words. here some pictures
