there is everytime the same problem for me, the zylinder you get for ciao citta and Co are pretty bad because of the tolerances and the Material.
And a zylinder from scooters doesnt fit at all without any massive problems.
So what to do.
get some F**** Aluminium and do it yourself 😀
pretty easy to say but not easy to do as well.
my try is it to build a watercooled KICK engine which runs on Minarelli parts but fits in a normal or for the first prototype in a selfmade frame.
so what should i tell you more. Pictures say more than 1000 words 🙂

today the cooler arived. perhaps a little bit too high but for the first try it should be perfekt.

@Martino: the minarelli is 4mm deeper and you see that the space on the shaft isnâ€™t a lot.
This is just for the first test. When the engine is running I will make my own vario.
@speedbuxy: this is true. I build the waterpump by myself.
It will work like the pump from the Polini lc Kit. Same principle.

now i drilled the M7 bolts and i started with the kick side.
