Maybe you can make a perso, so you can tell us a bit more about it.29 oktober 2019 om 15:13 #791239Thanks, when I get some time I’ll start one. I wasn’t sure how well the English would translate.
29 oktober 2019 om 16:20 #791240Wow great stuff 😛 Seeing some strange cilinder heads, would be nice to learn about the american way and parts you use. Please tell us some more about it

29 oktober 2019 om 20:47 #791254LOL and wow.
Real cool that air lifting thing 🙂 The air horn is great to impres.Love the big cilinder head,s. CNC milling?
Like to see more about the technical chance,s you made.Keep it comming
29 oktober 2019 om 22:46 #791255Yes the heads are cnc machined. The air cooled heads work awesome. Unlimited wide open throttle blasts without over heating and seizing. I rode wot at an incline for a few miles and only got to 375 degrees F plug temp, where the same setup on a malossi head got to 425 before I let off to keep from seizing.

the si and grande both have malossi 43mm kits, stock cranks with the duration opened, stock cases with the intake opened to 13mm, carbs bored to 13mm on a proma circuit pipe.
The ciao is a ported stock cylinder, with crank cutting, intake and carb at 13mm with a modded Yamaha yz85 pipe.
the kinetic(light blue bike which is a Vespa clone) is a dr 43mm kit with a reed case half with a yz85 reed block and ‘mikuni vm22 carb. Homemade pipe on that one.
the bravo is 46mm polini on a stock case half and a reed case half with a Honda dio reed block. I started out with a 15mm delloroto carb then bumped up to a 19mm clone phbg. But may swap to a mikuni vm19 that I have. I’m still playing with this bike it’s not tuned yet. There is a technigas qtre pipe on this bike.
I run modded 50cc gy6 variator pulleys on all them.
