Lath copper-copper mesh? Where does one source such thing? Or are you saying liquid gasket and paper might do? What is an acceptable sealant? Hylomar based something? Every forum seem to favor something different…
Crankshaft moves good when rotating in the crankcase only (two new bearings and a lubricated seal resisting)
Force required to get the cylinder skirt in. This is when the cylinder does not move properly when it hits the pots-definitely more resistance-makes absolute sense, what you are saying. I should spilt the case, shaft out and open up the…[Lees meer]
One Cdi crankcase with open small half due to oil pump (ciao mix)
One pionts crankcase with normal, closed small half.
One gets mazzucchelli 10mm pin crankshaft.

DR43mm seems to be out of stock everywhere! 🙂 Must be really good

Thank you for the warm welcome and Zevenenergie, what a wonderful creature that is 😛 !
Here is the situation as of now:

- No variator
- Electronic ignition
- Scored piston, a LOT less scoring on cylinder but visible, not…
Hello fellow moped aficionados!
I have been reading around the forum a bit but I think I still need some hand-holding in my first steps into this awesome madness.
I am a happy owner of 3 different Ciaos in various stage of disarray! Two are MIX based, one is a PX, all are circa 1999. All are 25km/h, only one runs as it should. One is in discrete…[Lees meer]
