    Hi

    I have got a Problem

    I compaired the Überströmer of the Pinasco 46mm and the Polini Evo engine and the Evo engine überströmer are too Big…
    can i mount them without Problems

    Uberstromer=Spoelpoorten?
    Klopt de 46mm Pinasco heeft kleinere spoelers dan een Evolution Engine, maar monteren is geen probleem.
    Iemand van het forum heeft precies dezelfde setup en dat loopt ook super:thumb

    yes indeed, he means ”spoelpoorten”” /kanalen in Dutch 😉

    You can mount it this way without any problem 😉
    You won’t loose any Crankcase-pression, because it’s a reedvalve-controlled inlet system 😉

    You’d better match the “spoelpoorten” in the cilinder and engine:






    It takes some time but it is worth the efford

    I would say check out arvidw his perso (page 46 would be a good start)

    The crankcase can be modified with a file, i wouldn’t reccoment tuning the cilinder with a file…

    Maby you’d better not modify anything untill you have practiced on cheaper parts.
