I’ve made with a 3mm steelThis will put alot of weight to the bike, could you not better made it from aluminium?
You’re right, the fact is , I hadn’t think about it.:D
At the beginning I was thinking to make it with VTR or carbon fiber, but it’s quite difficult
and I don’t have the time.Anyway , it’ll be a future project.
23 april 2011 om 13:26 #486157Oh no man! You’re wasting a kick RV!! If you ever decide on selling the kick engine, I would gladly exchange a Malossi RV carters without kickstart with you for your RV kick carters

How heavy is your flywheel now?To be honest, I didn’t weight it now, I just remember that originally was something around 1340 grams.
I think , more or less that now is quietly 850-900 grams.30 april 2011 om 23:57 #486292peter139 :

1 mei 2011 om 12:38 #486301How do you know where you can drill holes without touching the magnets?
You may have a drawing that you’ve signed off where you were boring? I’ll go try it with my original flywheel.Greetings Sjoerd
1 mei 2011 om 12:42 #486302I don’t have drawings of it, I’ve just made it make with the rotary table.
The magnets are below the wings.
It’s also possible to see the magnets if you have a look under the flywheel.
They have a different colour .1 mei 2011 om 13:05 #486303How many millimeter is between the center of the hole of the flywheel and the heart of the holes, what diameter drill did you use?
1 mei 2011 om 13:14 #486305beste sjoerd je weer toch wel dat daar de magneten niet zitten? Gewoon even goed kijken en je ziet de magneten wel zitten.
nice project ive also an lowered inlet on my reedvalve ciao and the results are awesome. You wil get alot better gas-response.
